Mark as Useful They call saying I have a law suite against me in my home state, but when I begin to ask questions about who or what it is about they tell me I am rude and hang up on me. I am not being rude I believe I still have the right to camly ask questions. They are not americans. When I have called back they are alway people from India. They have my social security number and this scares me. If they were on the up and up, why do they hang up?

Mark as Useful Representative said I had a lawsuit against my SSN. I asked for proof of their allegations. Both times their "attorney" hung up on me.

Mark as Useful received call from this number at work and caller identified himself as patrick jones. I am sure that it was the same voice that left a message on my home answering machine saying that his name was michael sinclair. said I had been named in a suit and I had to call them back or someone would be at my house today at 5:00.
